2. Cancellation of Domestic Orders
a. Before Order Processing
Timeframe: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours from the time of order placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

3. Cancellation of International Orders

A full refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.After Processing but Before Shipment: Cancellations may be subject to 28% of the order value to cover costs for export documentation for eg. phytosanitary certificates or packaging. Eligibility depends on the order status.After Shipment: Once an international order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible due to customs and logistics processes. You may request a return for eligible products, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable customs regulations.Customs and Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid are non-refundable through us, as they are managed by third parties.
4. Cancellation of Bulk/Wholesale Orders
